    No person shall authorize or knowingly permit a motor vehicle owned by him or under his control to be operated by any person who is not authorized hereunder or in violation of the provisions of this chapter.     This Is Insanity! Why Wasn't This Said Earlier? Was Q- B A Kid? Or Was It Wrong For His Manager To Give Him A Car? What's If His Manager Had Not Given Him A Car And He Went For This Show And Had No Means Of Going Home And Had A Similar Situation Or Even Worse? Let These People Just Leave The Man Alone. I Think He Has Gone Through A Lot!

      But the police are just doing LAW..
