Meet Roseline Paye-Laleh the Brain Behind Liberin Girls Killing It

 Liberian Girls Killing It, is a Liberian facebook page that is 11,269 fans strong and very active.  The page is a spin-off from another African social media page called African Girls Killing.  Inspired by African Girls Killing, the founder felt that Liberian girls are too fabulous and needed a platform of their own to show case their beauty and style. Opened February 2013, the page has become one of the most popular Liberian pages on facebook.  The page is ran by Roseline Paye-Laleh and her partner Tenneh Cooper.

Meet Roseline Paye-Layleh
Roseline Paye-Layleh is a mother of three.  She has been with her Domestic partner for nine years.  She is majoring in health service management and lives in New York. Roseline shared her appreciation for the page success with C Liberia Clearly, "I never necessarily anticipated this much activity on my page but it is a really welcoming and heartwarming surprise. I receive about ten to fifteen pictures in a day.  My partner and I have to pick the best and post them.  We look for clarity, dress code and something that will represent."  When asked about her plans for the page, Roseline said, "I want to open a trade school for girls in the future and named it after the page.  The page is amazing.  I see greatness coming out of this page.  Thanks to the fans who keeps it active and my dedicated friend Tenneh Cooper, who assists in running the page."

President George Weah's One Day National Forum Successfully Attended by 26 Political Parties

On Thursday, August 8, 2018, President George Weah had a sit down with 26 political parties of Liberia.  The meeting aimed at advancing ideals that promote the spirit of national unity and political tolerance between opposition political parties and the government.  ANC, LP and UP attended the meeting as a team. According to Deputy Minister Eugene L. Fahngon, Deputy Minister for Press and Public Affairs at Ministry of Information, Cultural Affairs & Tourism, all 26 political parties attended and participated from start to finish.  Even though, social media was buzzing about AB Dillion walking out of the meeting, he walked out as an individual and not a political party, "the invitation was extended to political parties and not to individuals," Minister Fahngon stated in his live video.  Each political party gave ideals and recommendations, which made the meeting a great success.  According to  Deputy Minister Fahngon, "there will be future engagement...

Stephen Worjloh aka Big Steve Liberian music industry before the 90's was booming globally.  As the young entertainers struggles to get their industry back on track, after the war, remembering their musical history plays a big role.
