The Civil Service Agency (CSA) has identified payroll irregularities in the House of Representatives, resulting in a government loss of around US$1.5 million. These discrepancies occurred under the leadership of former Speaker Fonati Koffa and Marvin Cole, Chair of the Rules, Order, and Administration Committee. Deputy Speaker Thomas Fallah called for transparency, while the CSA recommended audits and enforcement of the 2019 Act to prevent further misuse of public funds
