Ray is only six years old and he is already a master on the drums and
keyboard. He is also a gifted HipCo rapper. What is going to become of
this musical prodigy? Would he have the opportunity to flourish, living in an
environment that discourage arts as a career or will his gift and talent
died before he has the opportunity to serve his nation? Would Michael
Jackson had grown up to be the King of Pop if he was born and raised in
such environment?

potential youth, giving them the opportunity to celebrate and
maximize their unique potential. As we continue to develop as a nation and society starts to change for the better, we need to provide opportunities for all kids to learn and flourish in their individual career choices, including arts and culture.
