Mai Myers Issues out a statement on why she was late to LEA 2017

Liberian Entertainment Awards 2017, Best New Artist nominee, Mai Myers is one of few artists who were schedule to perform at the 2017 LEA, but did not get to perform because they were late for event.  

Mai Myers and her team issued an apology to her fans, giving them a reason for being so late.  

"In the middle of getting dressed, Mai dress got torn from the shoulders, while trying to adjust it.  The outfit she wore to the event was not her original outfit.  We do apologized to the fans for not being on time.  Thank God we were given an opportunity to perform at the After Party. Lesson learned, from now on, we will always have a backup outfit."  Andrew Samuka

Former Liberian Artist Yung Muse Renounces Liberian Citizenship - Waving Nigerian Flag High On Social Media

It is unconfirmed if the SNG artist, Yung Muse has legally dropped his Liberian nationality, but one thing for sure, it is dropped off his social media page.  Yung Muse who is known for trying to sing and act like a Nigerian, is no longer waving his Liberian flag. On the artist Instagram page, he is waving the Nigerian flag high and there is no trace of his Liberian roots on his page.  It is very clear that he doesn't want to be identify as a Liberian.
