Nigerian Fashion Designer Chiedu Chukwumah Breaks Under Pressure: Precious Lakis to the rescue

Precious Lakis and Chiedu Chukwumah, two amazing fashion designers from West Africa, one smiles under pressure and the other falls apart.  The Bright Colors Fashion show held at Farotage in Raleigh, NC, on March 25, 2017, was a great success.  The show featured designs from Precious Pieces Couture, designed by Precious Lakis of Liberia and Doro1681 designed by Chiedu Chukwumah of Nigeria.  Both designers represented West Africa well (photos from the event coming soon).  Was it flawless behind the scenes as it was on the runway? Of course not and C Liberia Clearly has the 411 from behind the scene.  Here we go: 
Chiedu was straight up stressed. The up and coming Nigerian designer fell apart and he had a whole bottle of Hennessy to calm his nerves, which didn't help much.  Thank God, the experience Precious Lakis stepped up and took charge.  To his defense, the Bright Colors Fashion show was Mr. Chukwumah first fashion show in the United States, which is a great step forward into his career.  Africa is on the rise and with hard working individuals like Chiedu and Precious, the rise is few steps away.

Former Liberian Artist Yung Muse Renounces Liberian Citizenship - Waving Nigerian Flag High On Social Media

It is unconfirmed if the SNG artist, Yung Muse has legally dropped his Liberian nationality, but one thing for sure, it is dropped off his social media page.  Yung Muse who is known for trying to sing and act like a Nigerian, is no longer waving his Liberian flag. On the artist Instagram page, he is waving the Nigerian flag high and there is no trace of his Liberian roots on his page.  It is very clear that he doesn't want to be identify as a Liberian.
